INJURTY JEAN CROSSING MALL/ MOOLMAN GROUP / SIMNI

I fell over a broken tile at the mall and badly injured my ankle. The Moolman group says "they can find no footage of the incident on their cameras". which is impossible. I now need xrays and Simni insists theres no proof I was injured even tho i have witnesses and sent her all the pics of my ankle. She then said its with their legal dept. That was 2 weeks ago.\

They clearly erased the footage and now refuse to accept liability. They did not ask for witness statements and refused to show me the footage from that night. She was rude, arrogant and accuses me of lying.
