Worst Brazilian treatment ever received and very very poor service

<p>I bought a voucher on groupon for a Brazilian blow wave from Jean Bare Barchelia Day Spa and I used the groupon on 29/10/2016.</p> <p>I asked the owner if the product contained any Formaldehyde's as I am very sensitive to the product. I was told that the product was Foraldehyde-free.</p> <p>I was then told to leave in the product over night, so on a Saturday looking all greasy and not as glamerous as I thought I would, I left there very unhappy. I contacted Inoar as this is the product that she used, and they advised that the product should not be left in over night and should be rinsed after 20 minutes.</p> <p>The owner did not assist me at all, my hair is still frizzy and extremely dry.</p> <p>I have done the treatments so many times before but was never told to leave it in overnight.</p> <p>I had a very bad chest reaction and Barbara ***ner) sent me a whatsapp to tell me that she will refund me.</p> <p>I have followed up on the refund and was then told that I will not be receiving my refund.</p> <p>The owner is extremely rude and not assisting in any way at all.</p> <p>Inoar did however promise that the spa will be receiving training soon.</p> <p> </p>
