ripping people off

i have be paying my capitec account now for 3 years with this people they never update my information at the credit burrow to say that they are getting payments they have also charged me interest on the account after every payment made making it impossible to pay the account off and when i call i dont even get help they say i need to update it my self and when i asked why did they charge interest they dont respond they are unhelpful and there is never a manage you can talk to
