Complain

I went to east rand mall on 14 of this month which was Tuesday to collect something for my customer when I was coming out my bank card got stuck in the ticket machine when I was trying to pay for my ticket I called the lady who work there to assist but she could she call for help and she clearly said plz assist customer s card is stuck they said to her they are coming after 15 minutes another lady came for the same company I thought she was there to assist me she didnt even know Abt me she was there to exchange post withe the another lady I stood there for 30 minutes calling them to come and assist me and the machine was making a sound after calling several times after 45 minutes a guy came took out my card which was damaged I could wait as I had a customer who is already complaining waiting for her things I called the manager as I was given a contact number and the manager insultant me like I did something wrong he said he will give me money to get the new card when I call the following day he said he I not going to give me the card money I can do wat ever I want to do and I asked myself if it was white person was he going to insult me like this if I can get the head office number as he told me there is no one higher than him to do a formal complain
