Accepts deposit then does not deliver.

We needed palasades to be built on our property. Their quote was reasonable and we paid the required deposit. When they were supposed to show up it was one excuse after another. They eventually planted only 5 poles. Then came the excuse that they can't get the pan as and want to return our money. 3 months later and they still have not returned our money or put up the palasades. Almost R 12 000 gone!!!!!! They are ********. Beware.
