Bad response time

I have been trying to get hold of Lerato Shoeshoe in hr dept to assist me with my IRP5 from for Hifi corp and Hi-finance days. but she doesnt respond. i tried calling and the friendly receptionist tried to assist me but no one answered where she put me through to.
