No show after paying deposit

<p>Jaco Alberts placed an ad on the internet. We contacted him and he requested a 70% deposit before starting with work. After paying the deposit, he kept coming up with excuses for not installing the burglar guards when we contacted him. He gets nasty when we said we will take legal action after getting fed up with his excuses. We are taking him to the Small Claims Court to recover the money.</p>
