bad workmanship & no refund

We bought a house in July in Centurion and contacted Jaco Ato fix <br> 1. Swimming pool <br> 2. Lay down paving behind the house <br> 3. Replace irrigation system <br> Total was around 25k worth of work, after week 1, the pool was still leaking after he claimed he fixed the pipe painted and put tiles down, the first rain washed the paving away - Jaco claiming he forgot to put cement between the bricks and the irrigation system did not work was connected incorrectly and kept our water flowing down the pipes and costing us 3k that month.<br> <br> I chased him for weeks to come back and fix my issues to no avail, eventually given him a ultimatum of returning in a week or been handed over to my lawyer but he never did, anyway the irony of it<br> <br> 1. The pipe was never the pool problem, there was a issue at the back of the weir, cost me 1.8k to fix, I had a professional company come out to look and they felt the surface of the paint job and the bent and wrinkled mosiac tiles and told me this is is the most unprofessional job they have seen done on a pool.<br> 2. paid some local labour 500 bucks to fix paving and cement it<br> 3. paid a local guy to refit my irrigation 400 bucks<br> <br> ***** or Incompetence?
