Worst International Shipping and No Communication

JD sports did not warn me about extra international shipping expenses. Only after you have purchased one of their products do they send you a long list of Ts and Cs explaining their may be extra charges. Over and above this they do not respond to emails. I emailed two weeks ago and still I have recieved no replies.
