WORST SERVICE
We paid +-R2900 for Anthony Ferreira and his company, Precision Services Pty Ltd, now known as JD Services Pty Ltd to repair a water feature leak. Not only have they not succeeded in fixing the leak up to now, we never receive any feedback during the process, we had to spend hours following up and requesting them to come back. The feature is still leaking after months of requests. They ignore refund requests, only saying they will come and fix it, week after week, they fail at resolving the matter. What a waste of money and time spent.

We quoted to waterproof feature.
After it still leaked we checked structure and noticed that the entire structure has structural damage that needed repairs that was not part of the initial quote.
We notified you and expected us to do all repairs and not paying a sent more.
We could not repair structural damage at our cost as this was not quoted for. A refund was requested but the initial work that was quoted for has been carried out.
I am sure by now after 3 years it has been fixed and you know that this was not part of our scope we quoted for. But should you still feel this is not the case, you are welcome to contact me and provide me with the details of what has been done and we will gladly refund your money if the fault was on our side.
