Poor service, incompitent workmanship

Had a geyser replaced with them via Outsurance. They left after completing the job, leaving my roof tiles open, the thermostat (solar geyser) never reconnected, and left the overflow pipe dangling in my roof. I had to call another plumber to fix the thermostat but now 2 months later i also have water damage to my ceiling, and after two weeks of trying to get them to send someone to fix my ceiling, I've given up listening to their empty promises. I've refered back to Outsurance to send someone else out to fix the ceiling- dont' want them on my premises ever again.
