Poor service

Outsurance organised for them to do an insurance claim repair. Where supposed to be here at 1pm and now it's 3pm and they haven't arrived, called to apologize for some "delay" OR offer any explanation whatsoever! Clearly Outsurance needs to appoint MORE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS???
