Can not serve their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company that OUTsurance could ever recommend they do not keep to their word and do not give you what you had before!!!!!!!!!!!!!They replaced our leaking geyser upon replacing they came up with a excuse their is a electrical problem and they need to send out a electrician after checking it more than once it worked , they replaced a different geyser to what we had before , resulting in not the same kw outage being a solar geyser we as the customer had to tell them how to fix the kw!! Then coming to fix the roof they keep on promising and if you do not phone they do not come as well as they keep rearranging wanting to fix a roof at 16:00 in the afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Really Really bad and *********** customer service , Outsurance should not use them at all.
