<p>This complaint is for JD pool and garden cleaning services in Lynwood PTA otherwise known as precision services. The owner is Anthony Ferreira.</p> <p>This guy seems nice enough. But we were asked for an upfront payment for their services, which was to clean the pool and unblock our pipes. He sent out someone who then said we needed to dig up our paving to replace pipes. The quote was for around R6 000. We didn't go with it and got someone to unclog our pipes for R450 and our pool was sparkling clean the same day. I paid him R1596 and had to beg for a refund. He eventually did but took off about R900 for travelling expenses - from Lynwood to Centurion. I didn't know they had to fly in here. And I"m pretty sure I saw the guy arrive in an SUV. WE have called, smsed, emailed and sent a letter of demand. DON'T PAY THIS GUY UPFRONT. I am sure that's not right. A deposit could be fine but not the whole amount for work that hasn't been done yet. I know, I was stupid. But, we were desparate. BE WARNED</p>
