The worst building contractor ever

The worst building contractor ever , we enter a contract with Mr. Mutendu for our extending garage and Cottage on the 28/01/2020 where he has stated that the project will be finished in 3 weeks’ time , it’s still not finished and the cottage roof are leaking the electricity is not done correctly as it keeps on tripping, the sliding door not opening and closing correctly, garage door not replace yet, bedroom window not replaced, the exterior wall of the cottage are full of cracks, the roof of the cottage is leaking in and the sealing has now water damage due to the roof that’s leaking , the palisade was crocked installed so badly that we had to get another contractor out to fix the palisade , then we had to paint it yourself where he did quote for installing and painting the palisade, then we had to remove all the building rubble our self, where it was quote in the contract as well, when you contact him he always promise next weekend or tomorrow, or he make an excuse its cloudy cannot come out the plaster wont dry, or he is busy with another project un able to come and fix, the last excuse was, for Tuesday 13/01/2021 he did put a claim in at an insurance company and is waiting for the money to pay out . I will never ever recumbent him for any one for any rebuilding remolding or paving projects
