Warehouse of terror

Welcome to warehouse of terror, JD group Rosyln, Pretoria. Were customer is treated like door-mat. I have been here for 3 hours waiting for my goods to be loaded on my van. Not even a single customer has been attended to out of 12 customers waiting here. They are busy loading their truck for the past 3 hours, like we are not even on their yard. Goods we purchased with our own money, are like mana from JD Group. Parthetic staff. Is because there's no white man waiting for his goods here? I took a half day leave to take my goods here, but unfortunately it has to be a whole day, a simple thing like putting a wardrobe in a van is quantum science to these staff. Get your acts together JD Group, your Rosyln staff stinks! They treat us like dirt. Big Group like yours is not suppose to treat us cheap like this. I'm out of words, even a small furniture store here in Rosyln can do better than your staff. Fix your acts!!!
