Sassy Customer Service Delays Order

I placed an order with Incredible connection and they use a third party company to deliver. JD Group was the courier enlisted to deliver. Not only was my order delayed by them the company’s customer service respondent was so rude and kept declining my calls. She would pretend to not hear me and even go as far as putting me on hold and dropping the call. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but the attitude is a bad reflection on the entire company. I am now unable to track my order as a result.
