PURE INCOMPETENCE AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

I made an online purchase from this store and I have not received even a single confirmation nor communication regarding my order, I have been calling with no proper feedback from customer service no one seems to know what's happening with my order, I have sent emails which have returned undelivered clearly their so called customer care is non existant, what is it that I need to do.
