Non Delivery - waiting for a month

Still awaiting delivery, almost a month later - Hi-Fi Corp Order placed 07/03/2024. Update received that delivery to happen 13/03/2024 - day came and went no delivery happened. Phoned call centre - arranged for delivery to take place today 04/04/2024 - phoned call centre today, they cannot confirm that delivery will happen today - why not ??? Order # *** - Shipment # *** - ***. Can somebody please tell me exactly when this order is going to arrive - its almost a month now and I find this service appalling.
