IM DISAPPOINTED AND LEFT WITH NO ANSWERS

my mother bought a 3 piece kitchen unit at Bradlows protea glen mall which got delivered on the 20th of February 2022 and she realized that the kitchen unit had fault , we called protea glen mall bradlows and they confirmed we are due for an exchange since the unit was faulty, this is 2days later after the unit was delivered. we waited weeks on weeks on end with only a reference number to hold on too after muiltiple visits to the store we were told to wait . 17 march 2022 my mother gets a call from the delivery team to confirm availablity for delivery the next day ,18 march 2022 a man named Calvin Daines refuses to exchange the unit because he saw a ****roach , so we asked him whose fault is it that bradlows came to collect the unit late , he calls whoever he called and spoken in afrikaans and left us with no answer now my mother is left with a faulty kitchen unit which she paid for
