Absolutely useless

I'm BEGGING you not to use this service. If I could write a zero star review, I would. In fact, I created this Hello Peter account just to let people know how awful this courier company is. Pathetic customer service, no points of contact, and no communication. They take a week between steps, moving my parcel from warehouse to another at a snail's pace. Utterly disappointing and infuriating, and now I have to act like an old hag writing this review. I will not be ordering from Incredible Connection again so long as they use this service.
