Worst service ever from JD funerals. Claims **** 2days after my mom passed on, 7 days later claim is not made, no communication whatsoever instead we have to be calling every day to check the status of the claim. As I speak it's Thursday no payment made, the Boss doesn't show any sign of remorse. I would recommended undertaker to anyone. If you using it now RUN. Before it's too late.
