Extremely bad service at JD funeral Parlor

My dad has been a client of JD funeral Parlor for 24 and the service or package that he will receive for his funeral it's so sad and shocking. There is not transport provided , no programs for the funeral, no head stone or grave marker. We waited for the death certificate and we had to keep on calling them to check if it's ready since morning and we got it at 16:00 the service yerr it extremely bad.... I was assisted by a guy named Malume till today I'm still waiting for his call as he said he will call to confirm if they will provide transportation or not....

This is not the first time we were treated like this even in 2019 when my grandfather passed away we had to fight to receive a better package yet my dad has been paying and he never skipped any payment he would rather walk from Orlando to Molapo to pay....24 year that how they treat him as a client. I didn't ask for 20 taxis or buses I asked for two taxi and toilet and grave maker as that is what we got for my grandfather and my dad is the main client but JD funeral Parlor the service he's giving us is bad.... I don't want to cancel their policy because it's been 24 year and their premium goes up and the bad service also goes up.

Let's hope they will change for the sake of their clients
