DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from THIS "BUSINESS"

<p>I bought a "Supanova Convectionaire" oven from J.D.Enterprises, Tugela Street, Kraaifontein, 7570, on the 18th of October. The sale followed a demonstration at home by a salesperson after a cold call. The saleman sold me the "demonstration" model - "used only 3 times" for R7500. Payment requested up front. Two weeks after purchase, the protective plate fell off revealing a rusted base with one of the fixation *****s "missing". At the same time, the handle raising the lid jammed and the unit became totally inoperable. Contacted J.D. Carstens ( ********** 841) numerous times.He finally returned a call ( 2 weeks later) saying that the guarantee period was 6 days and it had lapsed!! Told him that I was totally dissatisfied with the experience and would put the information on Hellopeter e.t.c. Three weeks later, he phoned to say that he would replace the unit with a "new" one. Now SIX weeks after this call and nothing has been heard from him. J.D. Carstens and his business are un-ethical, dishonest, *********. ***** and have NO customer service, although this was lauded by the salesman.</p> <p>DN NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM J.D.CARSTENS or CALANDRIA 36 cc ( 6 Winelands Close, Stikland) as thet cannot be trusted and are only after your money.</p>
