Refuse to pay my salary

I work for a guy his company called JD CAR AIRCON (PTY)LTD in Germiston. The owner went on holiday for 2 weeks leave me with no money to buy spares to fix his customers cars. When he came back from holiday he refuse to pay me my 2 weeks salary. He takes money from customers to fix other cars. He used the customers cars to do his air - condition work. He also bull **** the customers to put there old spares back and charged them double the price for bad service. He is not a qualified mechanic. He doesn't have a tax number on his job cards. I have to used my own tools to do the work. He had no tools to do any mechanic work. There is no workshop to work in. I will not recommended any one to him to do any mechanic work on there cars.
