Waiting for refund

I used J.D. Appliance to repair our dishwasher. He contacted me to say the dishwasher could not be fixed and sold me an L.G. dishwasher as a replacement. After a few days of use, the L.G. dishwasher stopped working, Jan fetched this from me and to date has not given me my refund. I have been waiting since 15 May 2015.
