Graveyard for cars

I know I cannot be helped when it comes to JCWN Tech, this is because they don't car about their reputation at all. My car an Audi A4 3.2FSI has been with them for 7 months now and there's been excuses after excuses. Before I took my car there he told me 7 working days to assemble my engine and fit it back into my vehicle, but I have had my share of excuses and the worse part is when they ignore your calls and messages and when you eventually get hold of them days later they upright lie to you and tell you fabricated progress which you won't find when you get there to check on your vehicle. To make this story short, I have been told by the owner Juan that my vehicle was ready for collection 3 times but only to get there the car is no where near for collection. If you think you are gonna get feedback or the truth from them FORGET IT FORGET IT!!! Customer service does not exist with these guys. In January this I was told to collect my vehicle but on the day of collection they told me my engine is running 100% but my gearbox is faulty, so the car is not driving (Note I was made aware of this on collection day) and my gearbox has been sent to ZF services for repairs. Eventually my gearbox returned and I was told when they fit it in I can have my car, but when I got there my engine was not running well it was out of timing (They didnt set it properly) and they said they'll sort it out. Then when I called again the car is running fine they are just testing it. But when I got there the car was misfiring and HAS NEVER RAN PROPERLY. Question: HOW DID THEY TEST MY GEARBOX IF MY ENGNE HAS NEVER RAN PROPERLY BEING OUT OF TIMING? If they testing my gearbox with a engine out of timing then, they damaged my gearbox and made me pay for it. Point is, 3 week ago I was told they are taking my car to Audi to check the settings (Oh, I found this out by driving 350km to their workshop because they were not pickin up my calls for a week), I told Juan I will remind him, and on monday he said Audi did not have space because he didnt book, but said the guy at audi was coming to the workshop, but just sent a message that they are busy with it. Last week I called on moday and said He has another 3.2 fsi that he want to compare the settings with. I don't know if they are using my car for parts or what. Oh did I mention that JCWN Tech was aware that my SA Warranties policy that was supposed to pay for all this expired end of May 2017 and they were supposed to be finished long before then! Now they are just sitting there and my car in their grave. Rather take your car to Audi directly because they at least care about their reputation and customer service, believe me it is worth the paying those thousands than being me.
