Unhappy client

On the 01 September 2020 I hire them to fix my roof after a two weeks it rained and the very same problem that was supposed to fixed was still there, I called the office and they came to work again. After a month there was a big storm and the problem was worse than before and even the places that were not affected were now affected, I called again in the beginning of December and was told that with storm affecting more areas then they will assist me after the holidays since they were short staff and its already the festive season. January I called then was told that I'm in the que since then their ignoring me not taking my calls and the leaks are damaging my ceiling. Don't know what to do and worse I don't owe them even a cent.
