Poor workmanship

I had my roof done in 2018, rubberized a section as well. They gave me a 7 year guarantee verbatim and when contacting them via email since last year, I only got a reply from Janet stating they acknowledged my mail and would get back to me. I have sent at least 8 mails asking when someone would come see me as the roof is still under guarantee and is leaking and the paint has come off in so many sections. There is no after sales service with them and by the looks of things they don't do call backs because there are many complaints. This business should be taken to court. I just don't have the time or energy for it.
