Poor Workmanship

We had work done on our roof in 2018. Be very sure to read reviews on companies and don't go on their word. Since completion of the job we had numerous incidents with roof leaks, empty promises. This company was called back more than 5 times. Every time excuses, and the job remains incomplete and a complete disaster. To the point that our ceiling collapsed last week. The owner now accused me that this incident was self inflicted. We had another company come out to assess and the finding was quite a shocker. 2 holes still in the roof. The ceilings collapsed as a result of very poor workmanship. He came back to assess, and again empty promises were made of a call back. A week later no call, no plan!!!!! Yet these companies expect 70% deposits before even doing a thing
