Incomplete work

I used the company to perform over R350 000 work on my home. Their workmanship was excellent and I paid everything that was due to them as agreed.

The only outstanding work on their part at final payment in July 2020 was an extension to the gutter above my bar.

I queried when I could expect this to be done on via e-mail 21 October 2020 and despite several follow-ups the gutter has never been completed.
