Product Issue

I bought a Juice a week ago from the shop on the corner where I live and the date on the Juice said May 2015. when I gave it to my 3 year old daughter I heard the juice made a sound like you would hear from opening a tin of gas cool drink. When I tasted it I found that it stung my tongue. I then called the next day to complain about the juice and the lady that answered said that the guy that handles the issues is not there but will call me again. I got a call a couple of days later from Jacques who asked me where I bought the juice and that was it. he said he would get back to me again but never did. I am still wondering if I will be called back and when that will be. If not I take it this is the way that JC's Juice does business. On a brighter side the juice is a nice tasting juice and will continue to buy it but would just like my issue to be sorted out.
