Poor after sale service
Unprofessional with poor after sale service. Everytime I call to follow up on my refund, I am met with a different story. The latest is they have to deduct a 15% handling fee and it will take over a week to calculate. There are too many reputable ceiling companies and this one is not one of them!

- firstly the stock you were requesting a refund was sent to the store with our driver but was not arranged with staff in store. So when the returned stock arrived it got put to one side as there was no paperwork for the return.
- Secondly the Sales Order you were requesting a refund on was not registered in your name? After investigating we found the Sales Order was placed in your contractor's name so we then continued the process of your refund.
- Thirdly on inspection of the stock that was returned it was found that some of the stock was damaged, our policy is that we don't take back damaged stock from clients. We cannot sell damaged stock or return it to our supplier. This is why when we calculated your refund the damage stock was deducted from that amount.
- Fourthly our policy for returns is to charge a 15% handling fee, this is posted up on a massive board in our stores and in our quotes, terms and conditions on our website. The stock that we sell takes a lot of man power to move and to transport. This is the reason for the charge and is an industry standard.
- Fifthly we can guarantee you that this process would have been a lot smoother if you were not shouting and swearing at the store staff as they were simply just trying to help you. They have a strict process to follow when it comes to processing returns which was followed.
We are sorry that your experience with returning stock was not a nice one, but hopefully you have some more insight as to what the process was.
Kind Regards
