Unbeatable service

I was on my way to a wedding 2 hours from home when my car overheated due to a crack in the radiater. At the garage, I was told to go to Schoonvlei Industrial between Ceres and Hamlet. I met Chris Visser at JCS Auto Mechanical cc. He immediately made phonecalls to arrange a radiater. His wife was shopping in Worcester. She bought it and brought it in order for him to complete the job. I cannot express enough how relieved and grateful I was. I was literally stranded. Chris was calm, friendly and so professional. With his humble attitude and way of doing business, he must be commended. Nowadays one has to queue everywhere. He has other vehicles that need to be finished by tomorrow as they close for holiday. He was like a fiend in need and a friend indeed, although I am a total stranger passing by. He deserves a compliment as I received 5 star treatment.
