If you want to make a forman rich, these are your people.

This is the perfect example of outsourcing made easy. Thr forman has no idea of what services he is providing and not skilled in any of them.

Further more, if you want to do their job for them, this is your company.

They don't have any gas equipment to test the installations that they are doing, so they make the customer drive up and down, when they are not even competent enough to understand what tools are required to do the job.

I had to arrange first a 9 kg bottle as he ( a gas supplier and installer) didn't have one.

The after no avail i get told that I need to provide them with a 48kg because the "pressure" in the 9kg is not doing the job.

After the 48kg was delivered with much haste as " he" needs to test it right away. Who would have thought that this also didn't solve the problem.

So after I (the client) had driven up en down and spent more the 5000 additional, because this is what the "expert" told me.

We still don't have a functioning gas geyser.

Then they found the fault, which was a installation error, and never bothered to apologise.

I have yet to receive my COC and my gas instalation is not correct and the plumbing is still leaking.

If you want quality work, DON'T USE JCR HOLDINGS for any of your work. It will be grossly overpriced as they don't do any of their own work and rely on sub contractors.

Save yourself a WHOLE lot of money and heartache, and use a different service.
