Unhelpfull JCR Beds

I Bought a bed with a 10 year warranty in January with supposedly good specs. It feels as if you sleep on wood and wire, and are definitely inferior quality as it is new and wether you turn it or not, you sleep "dents"in it - utterly dissapointed! The warranty that we got with the bed means nothing! It was money down the drain as the owner of this bussiness keeps on passing the buck to his supplier which is not our problem and says he will replace the bed once he makes enough money,really! Its been almost 3 months now with no resolution in the near future. We do not have the funds to replace a bed every 6 months, and besides it has a warranty of 10 years. We are elderly at retirement age and invested in this product for the long term.
