No service after payment

I contacted JP from JCOT Consulting Services on ********** for the services as a runner in Tshwane on the 11 of January 2018. I needed ownership to be changed on a Tshwane pre paid meter.

I immediately got a invoice of the work that needs to be done and paid the same day. Since then its just excuse after excuse why he the work could not be done yet.

Sorry I am busy.... Sorry very busy here.... Crazy here sorry...

Its now 8-Feb and still nothing.

I would definitely NOT recommend him for anything as it seems he has too much business already.
