Car licence renewal from Hell by Jacky Erasmus

The company previously known as W.J. Nel Licensing & Registration Services were paid to renew a motor vehicle licence and licence disk (MVL1)

19.02.2024 - I provided the Vehicle disk and driver's license 19.02.2024 - Received the invoice for payment @R1282.00 paid it immediately 21.02.2024 - They are requesting document the has nothing to do with the vehicle 02.04.2024 - I had still not received the license disk and I ordered it online from PayCity 09.04.2024 - Jacky Erasmus promised to do the refund, it is just that her banking app is stuck I must please wait 30.04.2024 - I requested a refund to which Jackie sent me a screen shot of her intending to refund me RR582.00 and she would keep R700.00 for her work. This payment was never processed. 28.05.2024 - I come face to face with Jacky Erasmus and she runs from me 29.05.2024 - At this point Jacky Erasmus from JCM Reg and Licencing or JCM Reg and Licensing previously known as WJ Nel Licensing & Registrations Services is swearing at me.

I would NOT recommend this service as the service is as inconsistent as the spelling on their documentation and I am yet to see my refund.
