JCK Maintenaince -- BIG ********

J.J. Nel re gassed our Double Door fridge a d repaired an internal leak on 08/07/020. On 26/08/2020 our freezer was totally defrosted. My husband contacted him and he said that he would be there 27/08/2020 as he was in our area the whole day. He has not showed up to do repairs again as there was a guarantee on it . No Phone call, no message to us. His wife contacted me saying that he was in an accident - only after I have posted a negative comment on their Facebook page . I still have no answer on when the repairs are going to take place. I have to throw away all my meat. They are definitely ******** people!!! Be careful
