Good service in spite of problems

Purchased 2 pairs of sheepskin wool slippers from JCB Leathers. Unfortunately their production had been negatively affected by lockdown regulations and they had a backlog to deal with. My order was thus delivered late, but Yolande went out of her way to assist me and make up for this. The slippers themselves also seem to be of a very good quality and I really want to try and support small, local businesses like JCB more!
