Good installation, NO after sales service for issues

We had Jan do a full backup water system at our house. Their workmanship is good and they did a very neat installation, BUT ***Their after sales service is non-existent*** Within a week one of the 3 big filters on the 3 stage filtration system started leaking. After several attempts (and promises from Jan to come fix it in the week of 26 Aug 2024), Nobody has been out here, and NOTHING has been done, and the problem is getting worse, to such a point where the VSD Pump is now not working like it should. It loses pressure all the time (from this leak), and the pressure takes much longer to build now. We were told "If you ever have any problems, please let us know and we will sort it out. We are not running away". They are also not running towards the problem. I then found out that the wrench to loosen the filters is not a standard size, as the normal big wrench (which is a standard size) is too big for our filter housings, and when I asked Jan where can I buy a thicker (more heavy duty) wrench, as I was scared the flimsy one they left me will break, he told me I will never get the filter housing open. They were quick to come when there was money to be paid over, but now they seem to want the system to go out of warranty so they can charge an arm and a leg again.

Their workmanship is good, but that is about it.

I think I gave enough time for them to address the issue of the leaking filter, before resorting to this post.
