TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have just had a really really terrible experience dealing with a company called JC Pool Services https://www.facebook.com/JC-Pool-Services- ********** ********** 98/ We had our pool drained, repainted, and had new pipes installed for the solar panels on our roof. We were told it would take 3 days, it took more than 3 weeks - regularly they said they would be coming to work and then not pitch, or pitch up hours later, they would pop in for an hour, not do very much then leave and not come back I had to constantly call and follow up. My garage was left full of rubble for 3 weeks. Finally the job was completed and after a few days water started gushing out of the solar panels, when I asked I was told that the panels were completely 'vrot' and defintely older than 10 years and unusable, we were never given that information so wasted almost R3000 on pipes. They installed a new wagon wheel on the filter to stop the backwash leaking, less than 2 weeks later it is leaking again. When I called to demand a refund for the pipes, Craig S Naude the owner told me I was a 'real drama queen', and hung up on me. Use this company at your own peril, without a doubt the worst company we have ever had to deal with!
