**** @jcgoods TikTok account business

I would like to report the above company for ********** behaviour. I made an online purchase on 7 November 2022 from JC Goods, a TikTok account which sells hair removal products. After numerous emails and trying to get them to deliver my product and after pleading with them to return my money, they have blocked me on all platforms and refuse to answer any of my mails, I am at a loss. The product was R300 and was going to be a Christmas gift for my sister. PLEASE BE WARY OF THIS ACCOUNT.
