Pallet furniture East Rand Unprofessional and ****py products

<p>I ordered a set of 2 mirrors from JC Custom Pallet Furniture PTY lt trading as JC Woodwork. Local business on Facebook called Pallet furniture East Rand. I got my mirrors a few weeks later and they were both inferior qaulity. </p> <p>1 had no hooks to hang on wall. 2nd mirror was not straight at all. When I enquired about it, I was told to "just hang is so it looks straight". </p> <p> </p> <p>I refused to pay R900 for mirror of inferior quality. They came to collect the one and was going to fix it. About 3 months have since passed since ordering the mirrors. They kept promising to bring it. But never shows up!! I requested a refund and to return the other incomplete mirror. </p> <p> </p> <p>The refused to reimburse me for both. They have both defective mirrors and I only have R450.00. They can't keep promises and don't even call to say they can't make it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I won't support local business like them again. Cause if I had bought it from a shop I would not get hassles about product quality or my refunds. </p>
