**** **** SERVICE FROM JC AUTO TECH. (CAR REPAIR SERVICE)

Hi, I just wan to state what happen with me and the service i got From JC Auto Tech in Pretoria Theresapark, i had a problem with a JEEP's injectors. I took the car to them a ask if they can remove the injectors for me so that i can have them tested, we have find that the injectors were faulty after the testing, i bought 4 new injectors form Bosch in PTA, brand new in there boxes, i took the new injectors to them so that they can be fitted in the car. About +- 3 hours later i received a phone call from them, they told me that one of the injector leak-off pipe connectors was leaking fuel, i said ok no what now? , i said it wasn't leaking before they removed the injectors, so the problem accrued when they started working on the car. let me just say the injector leak-off connectors is a small little plastic connector that clamps on to the injector it self, if you push to hard or skew it will break very easily, Uresla "the owner" told me its from all the removing and fitting from the injectors many times that caused the connector to be worn out and that's why its leaking fuel, the injectors were removed only ones be them, i asked her : ok what now it has to be fixed. Them she told me i need to pay R1900.00 for the connector. My point is that they broke the connector and now they don't want to replace it on there expenses, i am in the diesel injector repair trade for almost 20 years now and i know that the connectors is very small and break easy, she also said that if i'm not going to pay she isn't going to replace it and also not work on the car any further, i said to her if i make a mistake on a thing like that, i take my blame and replace it or repair it, she stated that it wasn't there fault and i need to fix it my self then, i then told her to leave the car as is, i will come and fetch it and repair it my self. I had to pay R3300.00 for the fitment of the injectors and got my car back from them leaking diesel all over the engine, she told me i can take my car and that they don't want to work on any job i send them, I just don't think it's fair to handle you customers like that, if you break something by accident, tell the customer sorry it was our fault and we will repair it from our side, don't go and make a stupid statement that it worn out from only ones being removed, i think that was **** customer service on how they have treated me. I also won't go back to them ever and people i warn you, don't take your car there for repair you are going to be charged more at the end for this and that, that they had to replace from faulty workmanship, no matter what you do or tell them they are right.

They are only 2 year up and running at there workshop and it seem to me they don't have any clew nor experience on how to repair cars, if you had some experience you would know that some of the components on a car needs to be worked on gently.

PS: if you break something by mistake, it's your fault and take the blame and replace or repair it on you expenses.This is the turd time i'm having a issue with Ursela. i'm done with them
