Manager is an absolute disgrace!

I attended at JB's Sandton City this weekend for a quick breakfast with my dad before shopping. The restaurant was hardly busy with plenty empty tables. We immediately ordered coffee and about 5 minutes thereafter our food- one scrambled egg and toast and one poached egg and toast. 30 minutes later, having not received our food we were told they were still making it. When querying the order with the manager he proceeded to respond that he \was going to check exactly what time we ordered". He then appeared at our table with a print out claiming we had only ordered 20 minutes ago"
