Appalling Service

During open hours the restaurant decides to commence with their renovations. We can barely hear one another with the banging and drilling. No notices are put up to say they will be commencing renovations nor that they will be closing early. The glasses are full of dust and the waiter doesn't even acknowledge a few of our orders. The waitor comes out at his leisurely pace and when asked to complain the manager says everything is beyond his control.
