Poor Product Quality - JBL Boombox 4

I had such a high regard for the JBL brand but was diaappointed after buying the boombox4 & experiencing problems with the battery not charging. I bought the BB4 at the begining of March 2026 & in under 6 months it has to go back to retailer for them to check & replace the battery. Im in KZN & bought the item frm Fourways in JHB & i now need to bare the cost for the item to be couriered back & forth despite there being a dealer in my province.
