No Sound via Bluetooth on JBL Playlist on Windows, Ubuntu 18.04.3 or LG Smart TV

I have two JBL Playlist 150 On the Box there is image Use with: Which seems like Phone, Tablet and/or Laptop.

No, where is stated what Operating system is required on the box. I own 4 computers/Laptops, with Bluetooth and latest driver and asked 2 friends to test it with their laptops. The JBL Playlist produces no sound when playing video via YouTube on Chrome browser, with the JBL Playlist using Bluetooth.

In all cases the JBL Playlist does make a pairing sound, however doesn't produce sound, there no sound when test via Windows Control panel. Its silent. I checked the right output is selected and speaker isn't muted.

I then tested 6 other Brand Bluetooth speakers with the same computers/laptops they work perfectly.

I know you can't guarantee it will work with all Bluetooth, however if only the JBL Playlist 150 doesn't work on 6 computers/Laptops It stands to reason there is an issue with the JBL Playlist 150 not working with laptops as advertised. Should I increase my sample size and how big should this sample size be to be sure it doesn't work with Laptops, they use same protocol.

Could someone please test it with a laptops running Windows 10 and playing video via Bluetooth in Chrome browser, if it works I accept it something with 6 computers I test. If it doesn't then at least I know the box information was wrong
