No after sales support

<p>I bought a JBL Flip in 2013. It worked perfectly for two years and now lying in a drawer because I can't find an JBL repair shop. If you write on there FB Wall the take two days to respond only with a email address to contact. If you send a mail they don't even respond to to your mail. I will never support JBL again. </p>
